Lemongrass and Plum Jello Recipe

LEMONGRASS AND PLUM JELLO (SERVES 4)

INGREDIENTS:
600 ml Allswell Plum Less Sugar drink [Healthier Choice]
1 stalk Lemongrass, bruised
2 Tbsp Gelatine powder
4 Plums, skinned and cut into quarters

METHOD:
1. In a pot, combine Allswell Plum Less Sugar drink and lemongrass. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Next, whisk in the gelatine powder continuously for five minutes. Leave the mixture to cool.
3. For each serving, arrange three cut pieces of fresh plum in a bowl and pour in ½ cup of the mixture. Repeat this step until all the mixture is used up. You should get four servings.
4. Place in the fridge to set overnight.
5. Serve with a refreshing fruit sorbet.
