Recipe: Less Sugar Chilled Longan Collagen Bowl

Inspired by Allswell Longan, Red Date & Goji Berry Less Sugar

LESS SUGAR CHILLED LONGAN COLLAGEN BOWL

Chef's tip: Brew in a slow-cooker for optimum flavour, served chilled.

Collagen Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1000ml Allswell Longan drink
  • 50g Peach resin, rehydrated
  • 50g Silver fungus, rehydrated
  • 8 Each of Longan & Goji, rehydrated
  • 5 Asian fig, rehydrated
  • 5 Red date
  • 1 Shingo Pear, peeled & seeded 
 

Method:

  1. Rinse, rehydrate in warm water until ready, Clean any debris.
  2. Combine & brew in cooker for 5 hours.
  3. Adjust thickness with extra Allswell Longan drink.
