ALLSWELL MULTIPLIER LUCKY DRAW

The “All’s Well with Allswell! Chinese New Year 2019 Lucky Draw” is organised by Allswell Trading Pte Ltd, 41, Sunset Way, #02-05 Clementi Arcade, Singapore 597071 (“The Organizer”).

By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions and any other rules, terms or conditions applicable to the Lucky Draw. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms and conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Lucky Draw, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

1. Duration

This Lucky Draw begins on 1st January 2019 and ends at 23:59hrs (11:59pm, Singapore Time - GMT +8) on 28 February 2019 (“Lucky Draw Period”).

The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend or shorten the Lucky Draw Period at any time without any prior notice to any party (“the Extended Period”). Unless the new Lucky Draw Period is announced, any entries received after the end of the Lucky Draw Period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Lucky Draw during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which shall remain in full force and effect.​

2. Eligibility

The Lucky Draw is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Employment Pass Holders and Work Permit Holders aged 18 and above as of 1st Jan 2019. Employees of The Organizer, its related companies and agencies and appointed distributors are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw. Participants under the age of 18 years old as at 1st Jan 2019 must obtain consent of parents or legal guardians and by participating in this Lucky Draw, it is deemed that consent has been obtained.

Each participant represents and warrants that all information provided during registration for the Lucky Draw are true and correct. Any misrepresentation could result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.

3. Lucky Draw Mechanics

This Lucky Draw applies for the following retail platforms:

1. All brick and mortar retail outlets
2. All online retail platforms

How to participate:

Spend a minimum of $8 on Allswell Asian Drinks and/or Juz Plus beverage in a single receipt. Participants are to proceed to allswellCNY.sg to upload personal particulars (First and Last Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Receipt Number) and a photo image of the receipt. Each valid receipt entitles the participant to one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw.

The Lucky Draw entry must comply with the requirement below to qualify:

1. Full personal particulars (First and Last Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Receipt Number) of the participant must be clearly indicated.
2. Clear and legible image of receipt with a minimum spend of $8 on Allswell Asian Drinks and/or Juz Plus must be uploaded via Lucky Draw landing page.
3. Lucky Draw entry timestamp must be submitted by 2359hrs (11:59pm) on 28^th February 2019 and must reach The Organizers by 0001hrs (00:01am) on 1st March 2019 to qualify.

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is in breach of Clause 3 and/or found or suspected of cheating in the Lucky Draw.

By participating in the Lucky Draw, each participant is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions contained therein.

5. Winning Criteria

In order to win the Lucky Draw, the participants are required to comply with Clause 3.

The Lucky Draw’s winning mechanics to be determined by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to amend and change the Lucky Draw’s winning mechanics at their sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever. Winners will be randomly selected from valid entries with verified receipts.

All prize winners will need to present their printed email indicating the prize won, physical receipt, NRIC (or relevant ID card) to claim prize. If any of these is not presented for prize collection, Organiser reserves the right to withhold prize till they are presented or failing which, disqualify the participant.

All of the Organizer's decisions in connection with this Lucky Draw shall be final, conclusive and binding and the participants agree to abide by the Organizer's decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this Lucky Draw. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer in connection with the Lucky Draw.

6. Notifications of Lucky Draw Winner(s) and Prize Collection

The Organizer will notify Lucky Draw winner(s) via the email and contact number provided in their entry.

The Organizer, its partners and its sponsor(s) (if any) will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the Lucky Draw winner(s).

The Organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Lucky Draw winner(s) and the Lucky Draw winner(s) agree and authorize that the Organizer may provide all necessary information of the Lucky Draw winner(s) to such third party for the aforesaid purposes.

8. Liability

The Lucky Draw winner(s) shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in this Lucky Draw, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Lucky Draw and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants.

9. Suspension

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Lucky Draw in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer, despite the best efforts of the Organizer.

10. Organizer’s Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw without prior notice.
